konsole-kpart software package provides Konsole plugin for Qt applications, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install konsole-kpart
konsole-kpart is installed in your system.
Make ensure the konsole-kpart package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep konsole-kpart *
You will get with konsole-kpart package name, version, architecture and description in a table
